Diversity within the RCGP
When considering the concept of diversity, it is essential to consider the various characteristics, traits and qualities of individuals within our organisation. It is not only about the protected characteristics.
We have an array of different:
- Backgrounds
- Life and work experiences
- Education
- Personalities
- Styles of working (e.g. sessional, salaried, partner, full-time or part-time, portfolio)
- Learning styles and preferences
- Geographical locations
- Countries of origin
