Mindful Consultation 2025

We consult multiple times a day in different modes and with very different people. GPs who consult mindfully, consult expertly. Join the Resilient Practice team to explore the definition of mindfulness and how this practise can be applied to the consultation. Learn language techniques to aid mindful consulting and experience a meditative tool to achieve mindfulness.
