Learn and Connect: CPR Update, Warrington 9.30am

You are invited to join our CPR Update/Refresher course taking place in Warrington. A Learn and Connect event that will provide you with an update on CPR, including a certificate for both adult and children, in accordance with UK resuscitation guidelines 2021, while also offering the opportunity to meet other local GPs. Minor Surgery Skills | Entry Level (includes DOPS) | York

This two day beginners course is a mixture of theoretical and practical sessions and is intended for all GPs who wish to carry out Minor Surgery in their practices. It also includes the Direct Observations of Procedural Skills (DOPS) Assessment.

Vale of Trent Senior Career Transitions Day

Join us for this one day event that aims to support local GPs in planning for the later stages of their careers, covering key topics such as retirement preparation, financial and pension guidance, and career transition opportunities. It also explores the psychological aspects of this phase and ways to extend or reshape a GP career. Attendees can network with colleagues and speak directly with support services, with lunch and refreshments provided. Free (£20 refundable deposit) for members, £20 for non-members.

This highly practical, joint injection course is aimed at those working with musculoskeletal patients who would like to improve their assessment, diagnosis and management of the conditions, including the role of, the theory behind and practical use of corticosteroid joint and soft tissue injections.
