GPwER: Higher study to a minimum of Certificate level strongly recommended, for example, European Certificate in Essential Palliative Care: 

Several Masters programmes offer options for study to Certificate and Diploma level, for example, KCL, Cardiff, Newcastle, Glasgow, Queen Margaret’s University. Funding for further study should be discussed during annual appraisal and development reviews.
