Watchtree Nature Reserve

Cumbria family fun and wellbeing day at Watchtree Nature Reserve

Join us on this fascinating ‘back to nature’ day out at Watchtree Nature Reserve. There are lots of adventures to be had when visiting the reserve, including walking the many trails, spotting the diverse wildlife, and just getting yourself immersed in nature. On the day we hope to walk the trails, spot and talk about the wildlife, flora and fauna, see some of the resident deer and maybe even try a spot of pond dipping. Later we will dry off around the campfire. Please feel free to bring a packed lunch or snacks to enjoy around the fire. Throughout, we will be supported by a trained nature guide. The afternoon is then free for you to do as you please. Open to all members, their family and friends.
