General meetings
General meetings are held at 30 Euston Square and online.
Meetings receive reports from Council Officers and Trustee Board, discuss proposed constitutional changes, and receive the College's Annual Report and Accounts.
Special General Meeting
A Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held on Wednesday 17 July 2024 at 18:30 in a hybrid format at 30 Euston Square and online. The purpose of the meeting is to present amendments to the Byelaws as approved by Trustee Board.

As part of our commitment to improve the member experience, we have partnered with Civica to implement a new online platform. Please note that members will receive an email from Civica Election Services with a link and password to the meeting broadcast link for those attending virtually. This email will also contain your username and password for voting (should the show of hands voting change resolution be approved). Please keep a note of these details as whether attending in person or virtually, as you will need them to vote.

On Wednesday 12 June 2024 from 18:30 to 19:15, there will be an all-member, online-only briefing to introduce and explain the proposed Byelaw changes being presented to the SGM. Register for the briefing session.
Annual General Meeting
The 2024 AGM will be on Wednesday 13 November 2024 at 18:30, in a hybrid format both at 30 Euston Square and online. More details to follow.
