General meetings
General meetings are held at 30 Euston Square and online.
Meetings receive reports from Council Officers and Trustee Board, discuss proposed constitutional changes, and receive the College's Annual Report and Accounts.
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The 2024 Annual General Meeting took place on 13 November 2024 in a hybrid format both at 30 Euston Square and online.
The meeting received reports from the Prof Kamila Hawthorne, Chair of Council, and Prof Mike Homles, Chair of Trustee Board, and received a presentation from the Honorary Treasurer, Dr Steve Mowle, on the annual report and accounts for the year ending 31 March 2024.
The meeting also debated a number of proposed constitutional changes including changing the nomenclature of the Chair of Council role to President and title of the current President role to Provost.
