A significant percentage of NHS budget goes into diabetes care, emphasizing the need for effective management and addressing health inequalities. This can only be achieved by creating awareness, education, and targeted interventions. It is crucial to be aware of the Factors contributing to health inequalities in diabetes, the difficulties our patients face in identifying the healthy options and how to mitigate these factors and address them.
